I agree with Conny that playing badminton you will have imbalanced size of the arms.. legs? Hmm.. I did not notice that. I was a badminton player in school, I love the sports! In fact, I miss it so much! Have not been able to find "kaki" to play with me these days. But, doing badminton, I can feel that my right arms are bigger.. hahaha.. but now, better already. I used to attend Shaperobics because, I want to shape up the arms, make them look better and balanced. But then, now, no time to do that already. But belly dancing does help, especially when practicing the snake arms. =) I think my arms are more balanced now.
Oh Conny, I realized that a lot of people believe the myths that (1) when you start exercising especially aerobics, you will get muscular legs and when you stop, it will looks flabby and become worse than before. (2) When you do aerobics, you will start to walk weird.. a bit "kang kang".. hahaha..
I do not believe these myths, but a lot of my friends do, which hinders them from doing workouts. I tried to convince them that this is not true, especially the second one.. but they said that they witness it with their own eyes and listened to the complains of their friends that does aerobic and then walk "kang kang" after that.. I reasoned with them that, it is the person that wants to walk like that and not the fault of aerobics.. am I right?
Oh, there are some who do not believe in spending money for getting fit also.. To me, when you pay, you are more serious and you will get that invisible force that will push you to go exercise.. hehehe.. If I don't pay, I find it very hard to move that muscles.. is it only me? hahaha..

Dancing is my life and exercise has been the essential factor that keeps my days alive. They are the elements that I will not live without.
