stress and fat

Oh my God! I put on weight again, l need to lose another 5kg!

I remember when l came back from Turkey, l was in my ideal weight, hey in one and a half month time only, l think l have put on at least 3kg! Why? hee hee l ate a lot, and have too many gathering lately la.[another lunch gathering tomorrow with a good friend of mine who is going to study art in Taiwan]

I read an article of stress today, and l found this : we will gain weight under stress, as when we are stressful, our body will produce fat automatically. A friend of mine told me before, our tummy will grow under stress! Hey scary isn't it?

As common sense, we thought, people should lose weight under stress, we never heard of 'fat' under stress right? hmm....this is a controversial question.....

To me, gain weight under stress is not strange, because l eat to release my stress! I will satisfy my appetite with chocolate , ice-cream or spicy food when l am stressful.....hey very bad example ha ha.....luckily l exercise a lot, or l am sure l will be a super overweight  lady!

I am stressful of my thousand choreographies recently, sigh......my brain is almost crazy liao, l practise my new choreographies everyday then eat a lot after my practice! Ha ha have to control now, my fat analysis asked me to lose another 5 kg!
