Sweat and tears

I love exercise and dance, because l love the feeling of sweat, l feel 'let go' after sweat, and the sweat helps to carry away my stress and worries. I am not the type who can sweat like falling to a pond, though sweating is still like a shower of toxic to me, l cannot imagine my life without sweat.

I like to watch the athletes' sweat in Olympic, the sweat represents their hard work and strong spirit, the lady athletes do not have to put on make up, but all of them are beautiful, they are shinned from inside.

The life of Michael Phelps who won eight gold medals was occupied with training and training, he did only three things everyday in past few years-sleep, eat and swim, and he has to swim eight hours a day! Can you imagine your life like this? It is really tough right?

When an athlete loses a game, he cries, when he wins, he cries....we saw tears in every game of Olympic, l dropped my tears too when watching them crying, l can feel their feeling although l am not an athlete. Life is like a game isn't it? Sometimes we lose and sometimes we win, or l should say, most of the times we lose, and sometimes, we win. I agree with a Chinese quote says, We can lose everything, but never lose our spirit!

Big applause to all athletes and athletes of life who always do the best and persistence. Thank you to Olympic which help me to boost my morale again! Olympic-Hooray!

I know what you mean...

Hi Conny, I totally understand what you mean.... When at times I feel a bit lazy or just trying to find excuses not to work out or dance....I just remind myself of the feeling that I get at the end of each session...SATISFACTION! That is enough to get me off my bum and start the session.... Haha...I even sweat at bellydance class! :) But the feeling at the end of the class is satisfaction... sweating is GOOD :) it makes me feel healthy :) especially if it is after a session of dance or workout... :)

hey we are on the same

hey we are on the same channel ha ha.....
