I used to ask my kids students to write words in the air with their butts as part of warming up in our Kids'Creative Class, yesterday, l brought my puppy little Bravo to the class, ha ha, you can imagine, the whole class was crazy with her, the kids were so excited and they really paid attention in class as they wanted Bravo to see how good they can dance, so we had wonderful time yesterday.I took the opportunity to ask the kids to write the word : LOVE, as l hope they know how to love animals too. After they finished writing, l asked them : Do you love me? Surprisingly, they answered loud at once : YES! I did ask the same question before but the kids were very hesitating while giving the answer, they told me l am not their family, they were not sure whether they should love me....sigh....what type of education is this huh?
So l was sooo happy when they answered YES this time! And l asked again : Tell teacher who do you love? They answered: Daddy, Mommy, and all their family members. Then l asked: What is the opposite of Love? 'Hate', they answered. So l asked again: Who do you hate?
The class was quiet suddenly, the kids looked at me innocently, they seem trying hard to think of the person they hate, and then l heard they said : Nobody...l hate nobody....
I was so touched with the answer, how 'clean' is the world in kids'eyes, they have nobody to hate, we adults have to learn from them definately....
I believe every adult has persons we hate, the most l have heard is : I hate my boss! [that's why l told my stuffs, if you don't like me, please don't work in Zero then telling others you hate me, why don't you just leave? I hope you like me if you are working here so that we are able to work well together, and of course l have to try to be a good boss for them for not to hate me huh]. Students sure have a teacher that they hate, salesmen sure have a customer that they hate, and l am sure, you have at least a friend that you hate!
Sometimes we just do not like the behavior, it is not up to the extent of 'hate', at this point l think l have many people that l hate, ha ha....l told the class l hate people that being rude, l hate people who do not appreciate, l hate people who do not respect others......so, we should avoid to be a person like this or people may hate us too.
But sometimes, no matter how good we are trying to perform, some people just hate us without any reason, l am sure you have the same experience too right? I believe l have many people who hate me too, ha ha, who cares? Honestly l personally feel some people are disgusting but as l said, it is not up to the extent of 'hate' yet, how much 'love' we need to hate somebody huh? Better save the energy for people we love and care isn't?
And l notice, most of the times, the feeling of hate comes from the feeling of jealousy, when you start to jealous someone, you will hate her gradually and one day you will do something to hurt her, this is sick, as you gain nothing by hurting others, instead, you will lose your name....but l believe it is very difficult to release from the feeling of hate by jealousy, hence, it is very important for us to love ourselves as well as knowing our own value.
I hope the kids have nobody to hate forever, my best wishes to them.
